Amplify your team 10 fold!
The cash is in the follow up.
This may seem a bit abnormal to open a sequence on growing your business at the last part or even in the center, but here goes.
Any time you have a mission or goal, you must have a clear dream of what you want to do. You have to distinguish what it looks like to reach do well. As Steven Covey puts it in "7 Habits of Effective People", "Begin with the end in mind". Be aware of where you are going.
In Network Marketing and in Direct Sales, there is a obvious course to prospecting anyone. It works the equivalent way with cold market as it does in your warm market. The only thing left out in cold market prospecting is the skill of making a list. Everything else is pretty much the same.
The uncomplicated step by step route is as follows: Primary speak to, then request to gathering, webinar, conference call or 3-way call. The most significant part is the follow up. Or better yet, follow through.
These two questions will show to be your best ideas in the follow through process. But first, one question you should NEVER ask. Are you ready? Here goes. "What did you think?"
There are many reasons why you should never ask that question. Here are a few:
1. If you are with a quality company who has a viable product or service, the assessment has already been done. Your prospect’s beliefs don’t really matter.
2. If you are going to be flourishing, you need people, not a specific person.
3. Will you change your mind if your prospect says what they "think"? If so, I challenge you to verify your own beliefs about what you are offering.
4. You are building a big business, not taking surveys.
5. Some will, some won’t, so what, NEXT!
Follow through is just part of the route.
Oh no, I’m out of paper and I didn’t even get to the most valuable questions. Stay tuned, they are great. You won’t want to miss them. They will save you countless hours as you construct your venture. They will also drive down your stress levels more than you can believe.
